Complaints can also be sent directly to Little Buns and Little Buns 2. Each complaint will be logged by the sponsoring staff and all complaints will be reported to the USDA Office of the Assistant Secretary of Civil Rights.
USDA requires any program receiving federal financial assistance to provide training to its staff on civil rights. Civil rights regulations are intended to assure that benefits of the Child Nutrition Programs (CNP) are made available to all eligible persons. Training is required so people involved in all levels of program administration understand civil rights related laws, regulations, procedures and directives (SCN- Civil Rights Requirements, Indiana Department of Education).
